The deliveries for the project are scheduled to start in January 2018 and finish by November 2018. The complete Tripla area is estimated to be finished in 2020.
Tripla comprises an area of three blocks and 183,000 m2 of floor space, and it is called the second center of Helsinki. The challenging project also includes the demolition, reinforcement and rebuilding of the Pasila railway station, the second busiest station in Finland. Peikko delivers the DELTABEAM® Frame for the first construction phase of Tripla, consisting of two office buildings, a shopping center, and a hotel. This phase is estimated to be finished in 2019. The main contractor of Tripla is YIT Rakennus Oy, and Ramboll Finland Oy is responsible for the structural design. The architect is Soini & Horto Oy.
